Endless fence

I hope nobody is getting bored of mist yet? There are still more to come – some of them in colour! 🙂

I think the lone tussock of grass in this helps the shot a lot. It would still have had a pleasant abstract nature without, but it being there in the foreground anchors the image.

Apologies for the somewhat short posts this week. I’ve had some other things to keep me occupied so not enough time unfortunately.

    1. Yep, I like these things too. A lot of people dislike the winter which, in much of the UK, tends to be cold, grey and wet as opposed to the snowy winter wonderland that seems to be fantasised about. I can understand the feelings, but at the same time it can be wonderfully atmospheric in it’s own right. The Scots have a term for it: dreich – meaning dull and bleak.

I wouldn’t want it to be “dreich” all the time, but I do look forward to these days too when I’m of the mood.
