I was watching the intro scenes to the Prisoner only last night! Great theme tune and when I was younger I always wanted that little sports car 🙂

Believe it or not, and despite the title of my blog post, I’ve never watched a single episode. I’m not sure why, as it’s exactly the sort of thing I used to lap up, but for some reason I never got around to it.
It’s such an iconic show though, that it was impossible not to absorb it’s influences anyway.

That made me smile. You know the references despite having not seen it. These things become embedded in our culture references. The big spheres were called Rovers. Below is a link to the opening credits. The visuals and music capture the spirit of the programme.
